first in a series of H1N1 Clinics, Saturday, November 14th, from 11:00 a.m.

There are many, many areas in which the BOH could use your help, including:

2. Vaccination recorders – these will work in
pairs

3. Educators

4. Vaccine inventory

5. To pre-fill syringes

Nurses – will be provided with information concerning their
professional liability protection as

Board of Health’s physician of record,

which provide the standards for H1N1 vaccination.

Support Staff – Needed in a variety of areas:

1. Screeners

2. Greeters

3. Runners

This is the first in a series of Clinics, and the need for help will remain
constant. Whatever amount of time you can give to this effort will be
appreciated, whether you can assist now or at a later clinic.

If you are willing and able to help, it would mean arriving between 9:30
a.m. and 10:00 a.m. to received orientation in the position you are working.
Walkie Talkie instructions will be provided by Hanover’s Emergency Agency
for those positions requiring communication with other areas of the Clinic.

Food, water and soft drinks will be provided and be available throughout the
day.

If you can help, please respond to
health@hanover-ma.gov before Thursday, Nov. 12 by 4:00 p.m. Indicate your
hours of availability and preferred duty. Schedules will be determined to
ensure smooth clinic flow and will be available Saturday morning. Nurses
must show their Massachusetts Nursing license. You do not need to devote
your entire day, any hours you can give will contribute to the success of
the day.

Thank you in advance and I will look forward to working with you,
