Dear fellow Hanoverians:
As you may remember, last year at Town Meeting we adopted a town manager
form of government. As we move closer to our first town election in May
that will result in a five member Board of Selectmen, information regarding
the Town Manager Act will become more important to all of us.
I am grateful to Andrew Port, Assistant Town Administrator/Town Planner, for
the following link where ATOTW readers can read the provisions of the Town

most recent Zoning Bylaws, General Bylaws, and Sign Bylaw, as they are
useful when referencing Town Meeting Articles.
