The Baker Chocolate Company: A Sweet History

Please join writer and historian Anthony Sammarco on March 16th at 7:00 p.m.
as he presents an illustrated lecture on the evolution of chocolate and the
Baker Chocolate Company which was founded along the Neponset River in 1765
by Dr. James Baker. Over the next two centuries the company became one of
the leading chocolate and cocoa manufacturers in North America.

This program is sponsored by the Friends of the John Curtis Free Library.
There is no charge for admission and refreshments will be served. For more
