Safe Grad Night is back and needs your support!

Dear fellow Hanoverians:

Calling all those Insomniacs, Night Owls and Folks that simply want to help
out!

Safe Grad Night (SGN) has become a reality again (after a 9 year hiatus)
for our town’s graduating seniors and they are in need of volunteers! SGN
takes place at the University Sports Complex the same evening as graduation
(on June 2nd), thereby giving the graduates one last hurrah with their
classmates in a safe, supervised setting.

Parents with children of any age are encouraged to chaperone the event.
There are two shifts available: 11:00 p.m. – 2:00 a.m. and 2:00 a.m. -.
5:00 a.m. It is only 3 hours and they promise plenty of coffee (and a
free T-Shirt). They can’t do this without your help!

The University Sports Complex has provided SGN with the use of their
Courts, Arcade, Laser Tag, Bumper Cars and has graciously been working with
SGN to serve food and drink.

They’ve booked a DJ, Casino Tables, Giant Lawn Games. There will be
Volleyball/Basketball/Dodgeball Tournaments and a lounge area to regroup
and recharge. Dancing, Games and Food – the recipe for a great time!

SGN would like to take this opportunity to thank their sponsors and donors
– local companies and families that came through for them with much
needed services and funds. The opportunity to sponsor this event is still
open!

If you would like to volunteer, donate or sponsor please contact Tricia
Elkhill, Brenda Maver or Daryce Morris at hanoverhssafegradnight@gmail.com.

**PLEASE SUPPORT THIS GREAT COMMUNITY EVENT BY VOLUNTEERING TO CHAPERONE ON
JUNE 2**
