“Follow” Hanover Emergency Management on Twitter

Dear fellow Hanoverians:
The Hanover Emergency Management Agency would like to make residents
aware that they use Twitter (HanoverEMA), the web (the Emergency
Management tab at www.hanoverfiredept.com

), e-mail (through “Around Town on the Web”), cable TV (the local
access channels) and FM radio (WATD 95.9), to provide official
information during significant emergencies.
With the current weather forecast showing the potential for a
significant storm Sunday through Tuesday, the Hanover EMA recommends
that you begin preparing some items that will help you and your family
should the storm affect our area. Both FEMA (www.fema.gov

) and MEMA (http://www.mass.gov/eopss/agencies/mema/
) provide useful information on disaster preparedness.
The Hanover EMA asks that you “follow” them on Twitter and become
familiar with their website. Please contact Hanover Emergency
Management at 781-826-3151 or e-mail hema@hanoverfiredept.com

if you have any questions.

Entertainment Book to support Friends of Hanover Music

Dear fellow Hanoverians:
The Friends of Hanover Music (FHM) is selling the popular 2013 Boston
Area Entertainment Book just in time for the holiday season and the
price is only $30, a $5 discount off the retail list price of $35.

Schools. In addition, this spring, the musicians will make a trip to
Washington, D.C. where they will perform at various venues. The
Friends of Hanover Music will be assisting with some of the expenses
associated with this trip.
With each book purchased, up to 50% of the price will go to the FHM.
To get your book, contact Roy Minnehan at rminnehan@comcast.net
