Beyond the Beaten Path with the summer reading program

Dear fellow Hanoverians:

Matt Gabriel of Animal World Experience will present a new program that
ties into this year’s summer reading theme, “Beyond the Beaten Path”. Join
the good folks at the John Curtis Library on Thursday, June 30, from 11:00
a.m. – 12:30 p.m. as you travel beyond the beaten path to discover the
world of animals like never before! Come to meet unusual and amazing live
animals that are seldom seen in the wild except by seasoned experts.

After the presentation, there will be an extra hour during which audience
members may touch and hold some of the animals.

The event is this year’s Summer Reading Program Kick-Off. After the
program, children can register for summer reading and receive logs to
record reading time and earn prizes.

Please register for this event from the Calendar of Events section at
johncurtislibrary.com. The program is funded by the Friends of the
Library.
