Dear fellow Hanoverians:
The Town of Hanover is pleased to introduce YourGOV, an innovative
citizen request application that allows citizens to conveniently
report non-emergency issues and service requests in real time using
the web or a smartphone.
“The introduction of YourGOV in Hanover is consistent with the goal of
the Board of Selectmen to improve customer service and communication
with the public”, according to Town Manager Troy Clarkson.
In just three steps, YourGOV users can submit common issues, such as
potholes, vandalism, street light outages, and more – complete with
location, details, and photos. It is free of charge and is available
now through the town’s Department of Public Works website at:
www.hanoverdpw.org
, or through a free iPhone application available in the iTunes app
store.
“Victor is fulfilling the mandate of the Selectmen to increase
interaction with the public and increase efficiency and deserves kudos
for a job well done,” said Clarkson. “With the leadership of the
Selectmen and the hard work of our public works team led by Victor,
the people of Hanover are being well served,” he continued.
