February Vacation Programs at the John Curtis Free Library

Curtis Free Library.

TEEN ANIME/MANGA CLUB
The John Curtis Free Library will begin holding a Teen Anime/Manga club on
Saturday February 14, 2015 from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. Also there will be
a meeting on Tuesday February 17, 2015 from 2:00-3:30 p.m. Various meeting
dates are being offered to accommodate schedules; attendance to all is not
required. The group will meet to discuss their interests in anime/manga
books, movies, and more.

Hunger Games Jeopardy Tuesday February 17, 2015 5:30 p.m.
Fans of the series come test your knowledge with an evening of
Jeopardy-style trivia. Prizes will be given. Pizza and drinks will be
provided. Registration is required.

Teen Advisory Board Meeting Thursday February 19, 2015 11:00 a.m.
The TAB is a group of young people interested in the programs and book
selections for the library. The group meets once a month to discuss current
reads, to share new program ideas or to make items for future programs.
Most of all, the group is FUN! Snacks provided.

Teen Legos
Join us on Thursday February 19, 2015 at 3:15 p.m. for TEEN LEGOS. Create,
build, and have some fun. This is a program for teens ages 11 and up.
Snacks provided. Registration is not required for this program.

Doctor Who Trivia Friday February 20, 2015 2:00 p.m.
Whovians come and test your knowledge of everything Doctor Who. Prizes will
be given out and snacks provided. Registration is required. Ages 11 and
up.

Craftopia
Saturday February 21, 2015 2:00-3:30 p.m.
This drop in program is for teens ages 11 and up. It will be a combination
of “leftover” crafts from previous teen programs. Duct tape, polymer
clay pens, and steampunk to name a few of the possible crafts you can do.
Supplies are limited for individual crafts. Registration is not required;
snacks provided.
